Food has always been at the heart of my life. My earliest memories are of cooking alongside my Nonna in the downstairs kitchen of our Mississauga home — where I first discovered the joy of creating meals that bring people together.

That passion led me to pursue a career as a chef. Over the past 20 years, I’ve cooked in everything from well-loved corporate restaurants to some of the GTA’s most prestigious private member clubs. As an executive chef, I’ve had the privilege of seeing a variety of services — from casual family menus to elegant wine dinners, and from intimate celebrations to large weddings and corporate events.

With Mangia Bene, I bring the same expertise, creativity, and passion I’ve honed over decades as a chef directly into your home. Whether you’re marking a milestone, gathering with friends, or simply indulging in an evening of exceptional dining, my purpose is simple: to craft a seamless experience for you and an unforgettable one for your guests.
