Mangia Bene is the Greater Toronto Area’s premier private dining experience. We specialize in luxury in-home dinners, boutique weddings, bachelor and bachelorette celebrations, and corporate events. Our Executive Chef crafts fully customized tasting menus, while our licensed bartenders create seasonal cocktails and expertly pair wines to complement each course. From elegant plating to professional service and all necessary equipment, we bring the full fine dining experience directly to your venue — so you and your guests can relax, savor, and celebrate.
DO YOU TRAVEL OUTSIDE OF THE GTA?
We offer services throughout Toronto, the surrounding areas, across Canada, and internationally. Travel fees may apply depending on distance and logistics. Over the years, we’ve catered in venues, private estates, and unique locations nationwide. DO YOU ACCOMMODATE FOOD ALLERGIES AND DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?
At Mangia Bene, we specialize in creating exceptional dining experiences for guests with allergies, dietary restrictions, and specific preferences — including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free (celiac), and more. To ensure the safest and most enjoyable experience, we ask for detailed information about all allergies and their severity at the time of booking. Our chefs are highly trained in allergen-free cooking and meticulous cross-contamination prevention, so every guest can dine with confidence and delight.
WHAT DO YOU BRING WITH YOU?
Mangia Bene brings all the food, cooking equipment and plates to your event. You take care of the beverages, glassware and cutlery.

Unlike traditional catering, Mangia Bene is a chef-led, personalized experience. Every event is curated and prepared by a professional chef with over 20 years of experience, bringing restaurant-quality food directly into your home. Our menus are custom-designed to fit your tastes, dietary needs, and the mood of your event. We focus on creating memorable, intimate experiences — from plated courses and wine pairings to storytelling behind the dishes. Choosing Mangia Bene means choosing more than food; it’s an unforgettable evening crafted just for you and your guests.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?
For the best experience, we recommend booking 4–8 weeks in advance to allow for full menu customization and staff scheduling. We can often accommodate shorter timelines depending on availability. During peak wedding and holiday seasons, earlier booking is advised. For events with specialized dietary needs, additional lead time ensures we can craft the perfect experience. Many of our clients plan 6 months to a year ahead to secure their preferred dates.
HOW DOES THE BOOKING PROCESS WORK?
Our process begins with a simple inquiry form. From there, we schedule a consultation to understand your vision, dietary preferences, and event details. We then craft a fully customized proposal outlining your menu and service plan. Once approved, a $100 deposit secures your date, and final menu approval is due 7 days before your event.
HOW CUSTOMIZABLE ARE YOUR MENUS?
Every menu with Mangia Bene is fully customizable. Our Executive Chef collaborates with you to craft a dining experience tailored to your tastes, dietary requirements, and the style of your celebration. No two events are ever the same — each one is as unique as the guests and memories it’s created for.
ARE THERE ADDITIONAL FEES I SHOULD KNOW ABOUT?
For events that require servers, bartenders or a sous chef, there will be a $200 fee per staff member.
Travel fees are based on the location of your event.
All additional fees will be discussed and approved during the initial consultation and before deposit is sent.
